The Black Star Experience has launched its first Black Star Comedy Experience (BSCE), a new comedy series billed as "You're Ghana Laugh." The debut show is scheduled for January 2, 2027, and will bring together comedians from Ghana, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom.
What Is The Black Star Experience The Black Star Experience is Ghana's government backed culture, arts, and tourism brand, launched by President John Dramani Mahama to position Ghana as Africa's premier tourism destination. It brings together music, film, fashion, cuisine, and the creative arts under one year round program aimed at drawing diaspora visitors and investment.
What Should Audiences Expect By pulling comedians from three different countries onto one bill, the BSCE is positioning itself as a regional showcase rather than a single market event. Further details on ticketing, the venue, and the full list of performers are expected closer to the January date.
